The Set_User_Data method is used to define user application data for the configured WebADM data attribute.

It requires the DN of the LDAP user and an array of data to define, passed through the data parameter.

Data names must follow the format ApplicationName.DataName, for example, OpenOTP.TokenType. Data values must be base64-encoded and will be automatically encrypted by WebADM. To delete user data, set the value to NULL.

This method returns true on success and false on error.
