The OpenOTP.AppKey_Register method is used to register application passwords (bypassing usual factors).

The only required parameter is the dn of the LDAP user on which you want to register the application password.
The optional parameters are :

  • length : the length is the number of alphanumeric characters of the passwords. It can take the values 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30.
  • expires : the expires indicates the number of days after which the passwords expire (max 1 year). If expiration is not set, it defaults to the configured expiration time.

This method returns true on success and false on error.
