OpenOTP - OpenOTP.HOTP_Verify

The OpenOTP.HOTP_Verify method is used to verify HOTP password.

The required parameters are the key (in base 64) that is the token binary random seed, the current otp of the HOTP token and the length of the otp.
The only optional parameter is the state of the token.

This method returns the token state on success and false on error.
