The OpenOTP.Yubicloud_Register method is used to register a Yubikey token with YubiCloud.

The required parameters are the dn of the LDAP user with the token and the otp string generated by the Yubikey.
The only optional parameter is the id that indicates which token is registered with this action.

This method returns true on success and false on error.
