SpanKey - SpanKey.Key_Restrict

The SpanKey.Key_Restrict method is used to change or remove the expiration or max use for the registered public key.

The only required parameter is the dn of the LDAP user for which the expiration or the max use of the public key will be changed.
The optional parameters are maxuse and expires. The expiration can be 0 (never expires) or a number of days between 1 and 360. The maxuse count can be 0 (no limit) or a number between 1 and 500.

This method returns true on success and false on error.
