OpenOTP - OpenOTP.Prefix

The OpenOTP.Prefix_Register method is used to register an OTP PIN Prefix.

The only required parameter is the dn of the LDAP user on which you want to register the OTP PIN Prefix.
The only optional parameter is the prefix which must be alpha-numeric and its length must be between 4 and 64 characters. When no provided, the PIN Prefix is generated and returned.
This is effective only if the 'Require OTP PIN Prefix' is enabled.

This method returns the PIN Prefix on success and false on error.
